In North India, Martin led and established a three-month training school designed to equip national leaders with best practices in starting new ministries. These teams successfully trained and mobilized leaders who launched 23 new YWAM operating locations across North and West India with ministry focuses such as orphan care, church planting, addiction recovery, and widow care. The training model expanded to Mexico and South Africa, where Martin led this pioneering training in 2012.
